Human Tragedy in a Typical Country such as Rwanda, Sri Lanka or Dafur
Death and Injury toll reached more than tens of thousands, including non combatant children and pregnant women, with tens of thousands civilians trapped in a small region, caught in the battle between this Typical Country Government Military and the rebels where the Human Tragedy took place. Indiscriminate Shelling and Bombing of Civilians in the government controlled “Safe Zone“ including the only make shift hospital in the war zone, killing patients and workers continued, hindering evacuaton of injured civilians, delivering food, emergency and medical help.
Appeals to the UN, the world Powers and the rest of the international community by the effected on behalf of the civilians, trapped, caught in the cross fire and undergoing a blood bath went unnoticed or got little attention, as evident from the cold and passive reaction they received from the international community, except for a few meetings or telephone calls between some comcerned countries and the Government of this typical country.
Remembering how the international community with all the military might and Signed Geneva Convention agreements, treated the massacre of one million Rwandans, and how and why they reacted so swiftly to the invasion of Kuwait by Sadam Hussien, it is obvious that the suffering people of this typical country is not going to get much attention or significant action.
There is a way out of this desperate dilemma for the effected people of this typical country, if all of us work together as one United Earth family using the help of all the people of this earth as per UEOG’s plan of action.
United Earth Organization (www.UEOG.org) is demanding that
1. The Typical country government and the Rebels to stop fighting to allow the civilians to escape the war zone.
2. Allow humanitarian and medical help offered by NGOs and the international media to reach the refugees in the internment camps, the open prison.
3. Provide Food, Water, Medical Help, Shelter, Security and other emergency help, even if we have to drop them by parachute.
4. Free the thousands of perople including nursing children and pregnant women held by this typical Government against their will in the internment camps behind barbed wire, the open prisons run by the Government of this typical country, with no witnesses or foreign media allowed inside to witness human rights violations such as acute shortage or lack of water, food, sanitation, medical help, security, abduction, rape and torture.
5. United Earth Organization (www.UEOG.org) will conduct a referendum or use the results of referendums conducted already to determine the fate of the effected people of this typical country to achieve a political solution.
6. Based on the results of the Referendum, Conduct Elections by proxy and Democratically establish a United Earth Government (UEGOV) in absentia to Administer the affairs of the effected areas of this typical country until a Political Solution agreeable to the effected prople is reached. 7. If a viable Political Solution is found and the Government of this typical country treats the effected people and the Refugees fairly, we will let this typical country to run it's own affairs.
On the other hand if the Government of this typical country does not allow the NGOs to supply food, water, medical and other help to reach the effected people, or continues to hold the effected people in the internment amps for a long time causing misery and suffering or allows Paramilitary Armed Gangs operating with the support of the Government of this typical country to Terrorize, Abduct, Colonize the their areas, or any Violent Riots directed at the effected people is not brought under control Swiftly, UEOG is proposing the following:
(a) Once the United Earth Government (UEGOV) is Elected, Recruit United Earth Government Security and Peace Keeping Force (UEGOVSPKF) members to defend the peace all over the Earth including this typical country, since the United Nations (UN) and the International Community (IC) failed miserably to end the misery of the Tamils and the Rwandans. United Earth Government (UEGOV) will take the roll of UN and the Local Government.
(b) Blockade of all War Ships, Aircrafts and Military supplies in, out and around this typical country.
(c) Declare this typical country as a No Fly Zone for Military Aircrafts, Bombers and Fighters and a No Sail Zone for Ships transporting military supplies.
(d) Disable the Tanks, Artillery, and Military Convoys used as Weapons of Mass Destruction against innocent civilians.
(e) Evict the Military from the effected areas.
7.Establish and defend the borders of United Earth Territory, which is the whole of mother Earth wherever UEOG issues, such as Human Rights, Animal Rights and Environmental issues are violated.
Examples:
(a) Indiscriminate bombing and shelling of civilians by the Government forces. The rebels fighting have been accused by many sources including the international community as using the civilians as human shield. In a war truth is the first casualty. Regarding human rights if the Government has barred NGOs and the International Media from the effected areas, which is an indication that they have a lot to hide from the rest of the world. Without verification by the world community it is difficult to make any judgement. We have only the claims made by the Government and the rebels. However UEOG after establishing the United Earth Government (UEGOV) will undertake an investigation of all war crimes committed in this country.
We also have to eliminate any feeling of vengeance towards anyone, as people do get carried away and deviate from the path of justice and doing what is right by their desperation and ignorance. We should be willing to forgive and look forward towards a Peaceful and Harmonious United Earth.
No one is our Enemy, People of United Earth are Brothers, Animals and Plants with the Natural Habitat are our Children we should love. Do Not Kill or Injure any one and do Not Spill any Blood, Take care of the Environment (Bombs, Shells, Guns and Bullets Kill People and Animals, Damage Property, Harms the Environment and the Natural Habitat), Stop Global Warming, Control Population Explosion as our Children Will Inherit them, Take Precautions against Natural Dissasters.
(b) Torture and Slaughter of Animals in the Meet, Fur, Entertainement (Rodeo & Circus) industries, Puppy Mills and Research using Animals, such as immersing chicken in boiling water to remove feather.
(c) Violation of Environmental issues leading up to Pollution of the Earth and Global Warming.
8. Create a United Earth Court. Prosecute and bring to Justice all Human Rights, Animal Rights Environmental and Natural Habitat issues Violators all over the Earth.
9. Investigate why the UN and international community failed to stop the massacre and human rights violations in Sri Lanka and Rwanda and why the world media failed to report these facts to the world community early on except broadcasting reports sponsored by some interested parties with ulterior motives. However we thank the nations who raised the human rights violations issue in the UN and the countries and the UN who met or talked to the government of this typical country.
10. Convince the foreign governments who supply weapons and or logistical support, such as China, Russia, Pakistan and India to stop supplying Weopons of Mass Destruction such as cluster bombs and or other support used against Civilians such as Bombers, Helicoptors, Tanks, and Artillery any more. It is a Shame and a Crime to Support Criminals.
11. How is all of these possible? If we choose to depend on the UN or the International Community we may have to wait till hell freezes over. However if the people of this Earth Unite and form the United Earth Governmant, any thing is possible. So Please Join the United Earth Organization (UEOG) as a Volunteer (UEOGVOL) to serve or Security and Peace Keeping Force (UEOGSPKF) member to keep the peace all over the Earth.
12. Register and Participate in the Referendum, the Election and Run for United Earth Governent Member and may be you can become a Minister of UEGOV.
13. Raise Funds to Run the United Earth Organization (UEOG) and United Earth Government (UEGOV) business.
